I wanted to write this review to say a huge thank you to Carl at Dinnages Absolute first-class service from him and Ford for sorting out my transit van I had a fault with the injectors and my ad blue system. Within three days Carl repaired my vehicle and I was back on the road I would also like to say I was really impressed with Carl’s customer service skills And the confidence in the way he went about his work I did not feel panicked and I had total faith Carl could correct the problems Van is now back on the road working Many thanks Wayne

Very impressed with the prompt, efficient and polite service from Karl who came out to me at home and fixed an issue with the boot of my car. He knew exactly how to fix the problem and it was resolved within minutes. Great service from mobile Ford. Definitely recommend.

Just had some great customer service from Carl on my Transit Custom Van. I went into a very Covid safe showroom to report a mystery electrical fault which was draining the battery daily. Carl came out in his mobile unit to assess the problem and immediately identified a broken sliding door switch. He went out of his way to re-condition my battery and change the switch over. Great service during a very busy time.

My husband has bought a van here.. initially the sale was good however the aftercare at the servicing department is very poor.. rude, surly staff who look down their noses at you.. not prepared to fix the problem on a brand new van?? Even though we reported it back in March?? They know there’s a fault but keep fobbing off the problem, blaming techno issues, parts not in etc etc.. be very careful when you deal with this dealership.. my husband is furious.. the salesman David Moxham says “his hands are tied”.. commission earned now so doesn’t care! The manager Mark will not help and the other guy Paul is just plain rude and dismissive.. 4 times we’ve been there and problem persists.. poor show Not recommended.

My 2017 transit went in for a recall and a service. Came out with dash error messages, 2 further visits later and hours of waiting time, told me I’d have to come back in 2 weeks for further work (costing hundreds of pounds). Was told not to drive the vehicle as it wasn’t safe, later visited a local garage who sorted it straight away at minimal cost. Would not recommend
